Why we’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst

Data is the backbone of our mission. To make the waste chain truly circular, we need to turn complex, fragmented data into clear insights that drive action and impact. That’s where you come in. As our new Junior Data Analyst, you’ll partner with stakeholders (for example Customer Success Managers) across Seenons to deliver dashboards, uncover insights, and continuously improve how we use and manage our data.

What you’ll do

• Manage and analyze data: Extract, transform, and validate data using SQL and spreadsheets, while maintaining and improving dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.

• Deliver dashboards and insights: Translate raw data into actionable insights, create client-facing dashboards, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with teams across the company to understand and prioritize data needs, ensuring effective communication in a remote and async environment.

• Improve processes: Troubleshoot data issues, identify opportunities to improve workflows, and contribute to automation and process optimization initiatives.

• Contribute to a learning culture: Stay curious by exploring new tools and techniques, share knowledge proactively, and support colleagues in adopting better data practices.
  

Who you are

• You’re detail-oriented and love solving problems with data.

• You’re a strong communicator who can make complex insights accessible.

• You’re curious, growth-minded, and eager to keep learning.

• You can manage stakeholders effectively and thrive in cross-functional collaboration.

• You’re comfortable in a fast-moving scale-up and excited about sustainability.

• You’re an AI-native and comfortable leveraging data AI tools in your workflows.

• You’ve the following technical experience: Experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) and data visualization tools (ideally Tableau). Nice-to-have: Python, dbt, setting up automations.

• You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken; Dutch is a plus.

• You're available full-time (32-40 hours per week).
