We are Seenons, a tech company with a mission: a world without waste. Our international platform brings together all players in the waste industry for circular waste management. We help large organizations to reduce waste and together save as many valuable resources as possible from industrial waste. With huge shortages of raw materials and, on the other hand, 76 million roll cages full of waste, something has to change. This is why we're looking for an ambitious Head of Product!

How you will make a difference:

As Head of Product, you’ll own the Seenons platform, the secret sauce that connects customers, service partners, and internal teams to streamline circular waste management. After building the foundation and achieving product-market fit, we’re entering a phase of intentional expansion, aiming to scale rapidly and mature as an organization. You’ll lead the charge in expanding the platform to meet evolving customer needs, prioritizing, executing on tight timelines, and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve. You’ll shape the long-term product vision and strategy, working closely with the CTO and CEO, while leading a team of 5 product managers and designers, supported by a team of +20 software engineers & analysts.

Your leadership will drive innovation, oversee the product lifecycle, and set clear performance metrics, all while communicating the product vision to stakeholders and shareholders. You’ll lay the groundwork for a scalable, high-performing platform that powers Seenons’ international growth.

You are the perfect match if you:

• Have experience in a product-focused, service-oriented environment, ideally within a Series B+ (or similar) international scale-up with a product and engineering team of 30+.

• Have a proven track record in leading high performing product teams.

• Are fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch/French is a plus.

• Available to work at least 3 days a week out of our Amsterdam office.
